Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

2. Refund Process

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

• If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa).

• You will receive the credit within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's policies.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage by the customer cannot be returned.

• Items purchased during a Flash Sale or clearance event are final sale unless they arrive defective.
